PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE

Empire Aerospace Technology’s Price Match Policy:

Our low prices allow Empire Aerospace Technology customers to find deals every day. However, if you find an identical product from any local or online retail competitor with a lower everyday or advertised price (including shipping and handling), we’ll match that price and give you a $25 future store credit. Contact sales at 206-726-0088 if you need an immediate price match. 

Additionally, customers who make an Empire Aerospace Technology purchase online or over the phone will automatically receive a refund if our sale or promotion price changes within 14 days of transaction.

Price Match Limitations

  • Empire Aerospace Technology purchase within the last 14 days

  • The item must be new and sold by an authorized dealer and not an end customer

  • The item must be identical, (i.e., condition, brand, part number)

  • The item must be in-stock at the online retailer’s website and available from Empire Aerospace Technology at the time of the price match request

  • We will not offer rain-checks for items that are not currently in stock 

Price Match Exclusions

  • Discontinued, obsolete, clearance, distressed or going-out-of-business sale merchandise

  • Competitor trade-in and trade-up or upgrade promotions

  • Avidyne IFD4XX, 5XX, and Skytrax200 products

  • Items purchased from Empire Aerospace Technology that decrease in price 15 days after transaction

  • Offers advertised as percentage off or dollar off (e.g., “15% off” or $10 off”)

  • Custom or special order products – meaning customized or configured products ( e.g., custom ordered Autopilot) from a competitor

  • Volume or wholesale discount pricing offered by competitors

  • Items sold via a third-party or discount site – meaning any products that are not sold directly by a competing retailer or authorized dealer

  • Open-box merchandise as well as reconditioned, refurbished or previously discounted products

  • Sales tax is excluded

  • Certain discounts applied in checkout

  • Rebates, free offers, or specific one-time-only promotions, including seasonal promotions (such as Black Friday and various holiday promotions), special events and/or bundle offers.

  • Advertised pricing from a competitor based on typographical error or misprint

  • Competitor bid and auctions site pricing

  • Price matching on financed offers or credit terms
